What is the wait time for 1-2-1 sessions or treatment?

If you’d like a support session with one of our expert psychologists or councillors we guarantee that you will have an appointment booked within the hour. With 94% and 98% of bookings seen within 24 and 48 hours respectively.

Our ability to offer fast access to support sessions is what sets us apart from competitors, we have round the clock access to over 750 highly qualified and experienced professionals ready to support you.

How is your content different to other platforms?

We’re aware that there is vast amounts of mental health and wellbeing content around; most of which is well intentioned but isn’t backed by any professional psychological validation. We’ve witnessed the damaging effects that misinformation and poor advice can have on your health. That’s why all of our content is created with clinical psychologists who are involved in the production process and verifying that all of the advice given is backed with science.

How does the 14 day free trial work?

Register today and if you don’t enjoy and get value from the platform you can cancel anytime within the first 14 days, and you won’t be charged a penny.

How do I find the right content for me?

We’ve designed, tried and tested the platform to be easily searchable, scrollable and filterable; allowing you to easily explore and discover the content that works for you.

What devices can I access the content on?

All of our digital platform content, live sessions and 1-2-1 sessions are accessible on computer, TV, phone or tablet. All accessible directly in the browser, with no new apps or complicated systems to install.

What if I’m in crisis?

The specialist teams at our residential facilities can help to stabilise those in need of immediate assistance, including providing access to medically assisted detoxification for drug and alcohol addictions, where required.

Will I have my own room?

Yes, if you receive inpatient treatment for any condition or wellness programme, you will have your own en-suite bedroom. 

What is my contract commitment?

12 months, though if at any point within the first three months of your contract you’re not happy we’ll refund 100% of the subscription - excluding any 1-2-1 session costs.

What is imatta?

Our subscription streaming platform shifts mental health support to a popular space that’s accessible for all and encourages preventative engagement and support. We combine self-guided video content, with live seminars, proactive care calls and fast access (within 60 minutes) to 1-2-1 treatment with qualified psychologists and councillors. All in one place, whenever you need it.

What devices are supported?

Our platform content, seminars and 1-2-1 support sessions are all accessible in your internet browser. So they’re easily accessible via smartphone, tablet, laptop or other internet browser enabled device. Camera functionality is preferred for 1-2-1 sessions, but these can be conducted without video if not available. There are no specific apps, or software that needs to be downloaded or used for imatta - we’ve designed it with ease of use at the forefront so there are no blockers to access.

How does visiting work?

Visiting is allowed at imatta residential, and this is something that your team of carers can put in place. Visiting times and availability will vary depending on your treatment plan. This is something staff will discuss with you prior to your visit. Monday-Friday, friends or family are welcome to visit at certain times. When you're ready for someone to visit, you can confirm these times with your ward team. On the weekends, therapy sessions and wellness activities are less frequent, which means that visiting times can be more flexible. Children are allowed to visit, but we respectfully ask that they stay with an adult at all times. They can visit you in your private room, or there are options to book out therapy rooms outside of therapy hours. A member of staff will be able to assist you with those details when you arrive.

Are therapies included with imatta?

We offer two business packages; one that’s inclusive of all therapy sessions (imatta complete), and one that works on a pay as you go basis (imatta core). This gives organisations the flexibility to choose the option that works best for their workforce and their budget.

Are you able to provide non-therapeutic treatments such as massage or acupuncture?

We have partnerships in place with the North West leading complimentary non-theraputic treatment practitioners. This includes masseurs, acupuncture, meditation, homeopathy, hypnotherapy and more. Individual treatments, such as massage, can be booked to come and deliver relaxing or sports massages in the comfort of your room and can be arranged by request.

Do you only offer therapy sessions?

The majority of our clients prefer online sessions as they provide the ease of access, anonymity and time benefits - meaning people can access them without having to travel, from the comfort of their home and even outside of normal working hours. 

That said, we do have clients that prefer in person, and we have the availability to offer in person sessions at 27 locations throughout the UK. Please contact us to see if there’s availability for this in your area.
